I'm Carla your local Event Manager and we are "Partners in Planning LLC". We love events! We enjoy seeing people come together for a purpose. I realized this while volunteering with my children's school throughout their younger years nearly 15 years ago. Then, I began looking for other ways to bring big people and little people, together with purpose. I have over 15 years of event engagement experience with non-profit and profit organizations. I also began hosting events for moms, religious groups, book clubs, and professional groups. This passion evolved into an idea of perfecting the event process from start to finish.
Partners in Planning is a unique Event Management Service that poses the opportunity for as little or as much involvement in the event planning process as you deem necessary. We bring value to your product launch, conference, team training, or social event, by alleviating the pains of the logistical demands, so you can enjoy the show!
HOW IT ALL BEGAN
As we realized the many moving parts to complete an event, I determined that Project Management would be the key to keeping details and information about each event client organized. We offer unique planning tools to clients or anyone who wants to better organize their time, personal or business projects.
There are many roles in this brilliant dance of event planning. Another way to manage the quality of an event is to vet our vendors. We call them vendor partners. Having met so many florists, and caterers, and designers, no two are the same. But there is a perfect vendor for every event. We network with educated and professional vendors through different events to gain knowledge on how to fit them with clients. When listening to a client, I can almost immediately imagine the best vendor match for the job!
